This Morning: It’s a little gloomy this morning, and I kind of love days like this. So, I did a little reading in the window nook over coffee and researched at-home upholstery cleaners apparently Bissell is great? (if you know any let me know.) Always fun lol!
Today’s outfit: Top almost sold out – I love this top, it feels like a block print that will perfectly transition to Fall. Nearly identical top here (So many good arrivals 30% off from Loft today!) Jeans
Today’s to-do: A busy day for sure! The usual workday from 8:30-6. On my lunch break, I’m getting my bridesmaids dress altered for my best friends wedding later this month. It’s supposed to get really hot the rest of the week here in NJ, so tonight I’m doing some laundry and prepping accordingly!
Today’s intention: Bite-size goals, as Hoda calls them. Something I work on in therapy is setting smaller, realistic and attainable goals for myself. Over the last year, I’ve worked so hard on finding ways to keep my closet and physical things organized through my ADHD. I know to some it might seem like, “just do it, is it really that hard?” For me, sometimes it is. When it comes to my job, my calendar, my blog and responsibilities, I am hyper organized, but for some reason my physical “stuff” has always gotten ahead of me. I have come so far over the last year and feel like I can breathe when I open my closet! Also thanks to Sort & Sweet. It was all bite-size goals that got me there. I have a few other areas I still need to work on, like my dressers and laundry room, but today I just want to tackle two bite-size goals for them and I know I’ll feel better.
