I often make an adapted version of this baked ricotta dip by Good Dinner Mom for family gatherings. I crave this dip all the time, it’s refreshing, rich with herbs, and has a sweet touch to balance things out. It hit me that this dip could be perfectly translated into an easy breakfast toast.
